Tier List Criteria (S Through D)
The absolute BEST of the BEST from the set. Format-defining engines with game-ending potential.
Missing one small factor from being S, but stands as an excellent Pauper option.
Solid midrange options. Perfect to build around a specific archetype or focused theme.
Build if you like it. Likely runs a narrow, linear strategy with limited flexibility.
Would not recommend. High mana costs, underpowered stats, or minimal commander payoff.

The crown jewel of the set. Delivers unmatched card fixing, team-wide anthem scaling, and repeatable token generation straight from the command zone.
Outstanding commanders offering game-ending combat velocity, insane mana generation, repeatable recursion, or lethal Voltron reach.
